I have only been a Roo's customer since March. but my dog and I are obsessed!

The staff at Roo's were so knowledgeable about the products in the store. My first visit there, they helped me find some products to try while I dealing with a pup who needed to gain some weight while avoiding reoccurrence of struvite crystals in the urine. My pup is loving his food and treats from Roo's! He's now a healthy weight AND hasn't had a repeat of crystals in his urine!

I appreciate the care that the owner takes when adding products to the store. She not only vets out every product herself after months of extensive research, but she also keeps tabs on these brands and products to ensure that the items sold in store are still of the highest quality.

Usually a store like this would only be found in bigger cities, and Shelbyville is certainly blessed to have this store locally. My Malinois and I always look forward to our Roo's shopping trips. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would happily do so! I have lots of pets, both dogs and cats, who I love dearly, and this store is amazing!! The customer service is unparalleled- Jason was so helpful in helping me choose wholesome, nutritious foods for my animals. I recently had some of my dogs get sick after opening new bags of very pricey, corporately owned dog food. This wasn’t the first time they got sick- I have changed their food twice from the same problem occurring, and was looking for better options for my pets. Having them get sick from their food is just not acceptable to me! This store has pet food made from smaller companies, not large corporations, and it’s also very affordable! Today was my first time shopping at Roo's Holistic Pet store, and I was extremely impressed. The lady who greeted me upon entering was so very helpful and extremely polite. I was very impressed with all the options available. The store was very clean, affordable, and gave a homey feeling.
