They really disappointed us, and lied.... We needed a part that was available at another store, we asked if they could transfer it. The other store.did not want to transfer because they would not have one to sell. If I went and got it they would not.have one to sell either?? After some wrangling, they agreed to.transfer it so it would be in at 8am the next day. At 8am the next day I was at the store and they informed me my part would be coming from Deere via FedEx and was not in. They decided a transferred part caused too much paperwork so a guy named Nick ordered it after we asked it not be ordered as we needed asap.

Sadly we were screwed and no part. No machine no job and a couple days of work lost. I would have driven to get the part if they were honest. Done with Tractor Central..... can't believe they...

First time doing business with Tractor Central Sheldon. 4400 had a bad front wheel seal with other issues too. Jerome the repair manager also detected a miss in the engine as I drove it in. The repair tec heard the same issue. A push tube for one exhaust valve was damaged and valve out of adjustment. This could have led to more serious issues down the road. if not repaired. Timely, honest and excellent service. Jerome and service tecs are great...
