Doooooo Nooooooot GOOOOOLLFFFF HERRRREEEE!!!! I have had the worst experience ever when I showed up to this place. I called them the day of I went and asked if the youth on course players can come and play on a Saturday and that my dad wasn't coming either. The lady goes, " of courseeee!" I then get there(after a 30 minute drive) and the lady goes you have to pay 60 dollars to play when I thought it was just going to be 15. She then proceeded to just keep on telling me it over and over again. She then looks at the people there and tells them did any of you talk to them when I'm certain one of them did none of them didn't. I think that lady was just a pain in the rear. This just shows that their staff is super undertrained and don't know anything. If you are close to Shelley it is worth a drive to Blackfoot because those people actually know what they're doing. It's called golf. Journeys end on the other hand has got the crap show figured out if you want to enjoy a wonderful crappy day there....

We were only on our second-ever round of golf when the owner stormed over and gave us a lovely, expletive-laced lecture on āgolf etiquetteā because we werenāt moving fast enough for her liking. Nothing says āgreat customer serviceā like being yelled at by ownership while youāre just trying to figure out which club to use.
The ambiance? Oh, stunningāif you enjoy the smell of stale cigarettes and the sparkle of empty beer cans across your fairway. Truly a five-star landfill experience.
To make the day even more enjoyable, the owner then proceeded to follow us from a distance, like some sort of golf course hall monitor, which was super relaxing and didnāt make us feel watched or judged at all.
If your idea of a good time is being micromanaged, insulted, and playing through trash, then this might just be your dream course. As for me, Iāll be taking my slow, etiquette-less...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis course is excellent for beginner golfers or high handicappers who want a more relaxed and less hurried or pressured environment for a more affordable price. It is 9 holes with 2 par 3's and 1 par 5. However, for the more skilled golfers two of the par 4 holes are long par 3's on most other golf courses.
The greens are in TERRIBLE condition. Lots of dead spots and the ball jumps and bounces a lot due to the conditions. They are cut long and really slow. I have a harder time getting the speed right. Good luck keeping your ball online.
But I really enjoy playing this course with my wife and/or kids because it's short (for those of us with less distance with our clubs) and more of a relaxed environment. 3 stars because of the condition of the greens and fairly unimaginative course layout (for what it...
