They have been a really great company to have for TV and Internet. Especially now since they have fiber it’s super fast and reliable. They also don’t have data caps which is amazing because some companies do have it and it shouldn’t be a thing. The techs and office workers are very nice and helpful as well.
The 1 and only reason they don’t get 5 stars is they don’t offer live streaming support with their cable subscription. Meaning if a live event is happening and you have to sign in with your cable provider online to espn,fox,abc, etc. USA Communications only lets you watch pre recorded content, they do not offer live content. It’s extremely disappointing I have the highest cable package and pay over $200 a month. I think they should reconsider and offer this to their customers. Especially when it’s becoming more often that events are streamed online and require cable provider logins to watch it.
I would also be more than willing to put this to 5 stars if they offer it...
Read moreLiterally just called cause i have no internet at home. Before the fiber upgrade i called about the bad connection and they were helpful enough to introduce us to the fiber optic. It's good except for a few times it disconnected us but it is sooo much better than the dsl. Second time i called which is today, there is no internet in the house, (working at home) the lady that answered me told me they can't give me information because my name is not on the account. Uhm can you tell me why the connection is weak or none existent?! She just kept repeating Cant discuss info cause im not on the account.. Thing is they Mailed in a paper to fill up for their new service and I SIGNED MY NAME ON THERE. Ok! i was gonna pay the bill too i guess they dont want their money. INCONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Read moreI love the service. Fiber is very responsive in my opinion. It does what I need. Streams movies and games. I work from home and use VOIP and that works well. The price is not bad compared to cable or DSL. The customer service is good. The staff answer my questions and help out when needed. I know some people say the network is slow but I am sure it also depends what speed you are getting. Just like a car, some times you have to pay more to get more and your internet purchase should be made solely on your needs. If you are working from home and using multiple devices you will need a better program. With that being said I have had very little issues with service interruptions even during big storms.
