Some of the best jellies I've had. But, when I order $60 worth of product from their website and only receive a part of my order correct, it's frustrating. I called and emailed the company and did everything they asked me to but when I never received my correct items, I was advised that it had already been taken care of and reshipped. Yet I never received a tracking number or email indicating that I would be receiving a second shipment...and that is verifiable on their end. I feel like I was reasonable too. I allowed for several business days because I understand standard shipping is weird.... But I told them about my incorrect items on February 18. Followed up in an email on March 5 (never got a response). And then was told March 14 it had been shipped and taken care already. I have considered just ordering four cans of the stuff that I've actually wanted, but I can't justify spending $40 (again) with $18 of shipping on top of that. My advice, maybe just wait to run into them at a vendor show or their products at a novelty shop in a...

I cannot believe that the owner of this company has the time to go around online, to little tiny canners, and DEMAND that they stop selling cowboy candy with threat of financial duress. 😳 They have even threatened CANADIAN CANNERS where their trademark has absolutely no bearing, and demanded they stop. I fail to see how a little stay-at-home Mom, selling on FB...is worth their time and effort. Classless

I bought a case of their Bucharoo Whizzer at a fair in October. I opened the box 2 weeks later and the product was leaking out of the jars and molded, the jars had not been sealed. I contacted the company and was assured a new case would be sent to me. I have not received the product and no one is answering the phone numbers or text messages.
