Best Buy Warehouse — Local services in Shepherdsville

This location at BestBuy Shepherdsville has some crooks in the warehouse. My order was placed online via Samsung for a GalaxyS24 Ultra (Unlocked.) I changed my mind about the order and cancelled with Samsung the same day; however, this best buy location proceeded with the delivery. The same day I received the phone I called Samsung to have it returned to BestBuy location and delivered it to FedEx. FedEx delivered the package to BestBuy Shepherdsville where the box sat at their location for 3 weeks. A couple days later accompanied by a letter head from BestBuy Shepherdsville they have the audacity to mail the empty box back to me claiming the phone was never inside the box. This is a lie from BestBuy Shepherdsville because the package was weighed by FedEx acknowledging the phone inside prior to shipment. Because they are denying receiving the phone Samsung refuses to refund my money. If I was charged $734 for a phone I cancelled in the first place, why would I ship back an empty box. Sounds idioct! This location is dishonest and Samsung is liable for partnering with a discredible location. Nothing like having an expensive electronic order shipped in just the manufacturer packaging with a shipping label slapped on it... Why bother putting someone's order in a box with packing material to protect it in transit, when you can just let the item and display packaging get raw-dogged by the freight and shipping company. Item was supposed to be a gift, instead it will be getting exchanged locally for one that doesnt look like it was used as a door stop or wheel chaulk for the delivery truck. The manufacturer packaging was ripped, crushed, and punctured in multiple places, and the item could be heard knocking around inside. The only reason for even getting one star, is because the customer service dept is apparently so used to dealing with issues like this, that their return/exchange policy has been streamlined to the point of being even easier than placing the original order (that they apparently know is highly likely to get destroyed in transit due to the total lack of effort of the part of the...

Ordered an Apple Watch though my health care provider, received it today to open and find the charger and wrist band were the only thing In the box. After trying to call the shipper with customer service being no help I looked up the address, 600 park loop road, Shepardsville Kentucky. I tried calling the directly telling them my dilemma well they were quick to transfer me back to the automated line. Now I come to the internet to look at reviews and see that I am not the only one this has happened to. Clearly there are thieves working there, stealing the product and they know it, probably in on it!
