I stopped to see if were any available units. I was parked in there parking lot and was taking a picture of their sign and a lady pulled up and got out of her truck, she asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her I was looking for a storage unit but noticed the sign saying they didn't have any available units. The lady said why don't I come into her office and she would take my number down, "she also said she had a unit coming up that would be available." I went into her office and the door was nice and lite, I walk using a walker so that's the first thing I look for when entering a business. So, kudos for Acff Storage & Rentals, LLC for being handicap friendly! While in the office the lady looked up the units that would be coming available. She said, " she had an 8 x 10 coming up at the end of June she also said that it cost $80.00 with a $60.00 refundable deposit." "She also said a 6 x 10 cost $65.00 with a 60.00 refundable deposit and a 10x10 cost $95.00 with a $65.00 refundable deposit " she then took down my contact information and I thanked her for her time and left the building. Was a 5 star rating until I gave my notice. Verbal over the phone with my last payment. Just make sure everything is done in writing...no writing, no proof! Cover your butt and leave paper trails! Sad it ended this way, business school taught me better! Shame on me! So disappointed! Terrible way...
