Almost got ripped off by another Ford dealership for $850, called Corwin and talked to Charles who got me in on the same day! The other place was 3 weeks out and neglected to tell me to bring both keys to my Ford after I drove an hour to get there. Corwin's crew got me in, got my new instrument cluster synced to the PCM and had me out the door in one hour, and were honest about their pricing up front and the amount I paid upon leaving was the amount they told me ($125+tax)I would be charged. Imagine that, truth in transparency from a dealer! Great service and worth the 40 minute drive . I remembered hydroseeding the owner's lawn years ago, but he was not there that day to say hi. I will be going back for our regular repairs and maintenance on all our Fords!! Only negative-no coffee...

Payed 1400 for manifold drove it home less then 20 min away turbo went out and now refusing to fix it . Codes that wasn't on there before I took it in now codes on there saying my turbo underboost . They said it was my fault driving it less then 20 min away now they say it's my fault and refuse to fix it . Rip off is a understatement. Maybe the 70 plus mechanic needs to retire and stop letting young kids who are not mechanics handle things 🤔 thanks alot for paying you 1400 to permanently mess up my truck ! I bought a used 2003 Saturn l200 from corwin ford. Paid 2200.00 for it I know as is no warranty means. But did not disclose all issues with car told me an exhaust leak but in reality was a cracked manifold just among other things like ac compressor shot and many sensors like like coolant and crankcase sensors they have a service Dept so should have known I called got a run around and a last person I talked to said he was a lawyer and hung up on me why have a lawyer...
