Dollar General — Local services in Shirley

This store is recently remodeled but in disarray. Some aisles are really narrow and kinda uncomfortable to be in with another person. They have a self checkout register that is crammed in where people have to form the line to the other register. It seems like it wasn't thought out on how inconvenient self checkout would be while people are trying to get around you. All dollar generals have gone with this very cut off from the rest of the store checkout line and it is weird. Over all they have a nice selection of food, household supplies, toiletries and holiday items. Just probably...

I am frustrated with the digital coupon program. I click on the coupons, make my list, and purchase the items. When I am at the register, I excitedly wait to see my savings. How embarrassing it is to be standing at register with people behind you when you know you clicked on the coupons and should get the savings and the poor...

It's better than what it used to be. If the employees would get off their phones they could get the shelves stocked.
