Hatfield's Smoked Meats — Local services in Shoal Creek Estates

First off the ladies working here are very friendly and helpful. I went in on a Saturday morning and was blown away by the selection! I didn't know what to get, but Chloe was able to help and I picked up some Jalapeno Snack Sticks, smoked bacon, and a Ribeye steak! Only suggestion I have is to kick the heat up in the Jalapeno snack sticks. The flavor was great, but personally I like a little heat! I will definitely go back to try the cheese and home made pies.

Stopped in to try the burgers on Thursday and loved it! I got my burger fully loaded (lettuce, onions, pickles, tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo) with pepper jack cheese! It's an 80/20 1/3rd lb patty. Very tasty and will be back!

My family & I have been going to Hatfield’s Smoked Meats for years. We have sent many neighbors & friends to them over the years. I drive a long ways to get there. Today was a horrible experience, to say the least. I ordered bacon, ham, & cheese. I asked if they could please take the plastic off of the cheese because last time it was all cut into the cheese. So the young man waiting on me, told the owner. The owner proceeded to cut the cheese with the plastic going all in the cheese. I asked her nicely if I could get it without the plastic. She said, “Give me a minute, I’m not paying my help to take the plastic out of your cheese.” I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize it would be a problem. She continued getting even more rude with me. So I told her to keep it all!!! Totally uncalled for customer service!!! I also must add the flies were horrible in there. I am so glad I didn’t get any food from there, and sure don’t plan on going back!!! There is plenty of competition in the area, where they are friendly and want...

Me and my family had such a terrible experience at Hatfield's we have never had any problems until today! Tried to figure out why we didn't get very much meat back out of our deer that my husband took it the lady was very rude and snappy with me when I was questioning it! I wasn't so much worried about the price but as to why I didn't get but 12 packages of meat back out of a deer that my husband cut up and took in! When we talked to the lady on the phone she told us over and over again that we needed to shut our mouth and listen to her which is not a way to spend to your unhappy customers! Hope everyone else has a better experience then I did cause they will no longer be getting my families business after years of using this...
