Placed two separate orders that arrived at the same time both packages damaged took photos and one was missing one of the free gifts and a$130 serum. Messages the company sent them the pictures and they told me they would do NOTHING because I didn’t have pictures of the contents . Well the only thing left in the box was the cleansing duo and I didn’t expect them to want a picture of the contents as at that time all I thought was missing was the free gift . So i figured oh well free gift but when I got inside going through my two orders the serum was also missing. Now I usually use La MER and thought of all natural made in USA I’d try . 600$ I ordered and terrible customer service I’m like the products but idk if I like them enough to be treated like this. plus BUYER BEWARE if you order especially their really expensive line just know their boxes they send these high dollar things in SUCK! La MER really goes above and beyond with presentation and have never had an issue . But Tata boxes are cheap and flimsy and they only tape the front flap of the box. The sides have a very small 1 1/2” ledge so anyone can pry open the sides and pilfer the contents . Their above and beyond is marking FRAGILE on the top and throwing a piece of tape on. Also no packing order slip inside with quality control checks or return receipt not included. Tata YOU HAVE some improvements to make and really need work on customer service . I’m out $130 on one item plus a free gift which really is the incentive to purchase when trying a new line. But being an East Coast company I should have know of the gig go they were possibly going to be a rude company. But like I said I like the products so far so I can’t complain there but I will have to really think about ordering again . Very disappointed and no one form the company has contacted me on a follow up or anything. So don’t expect much from them who brag about concierge skin care...
