Yummy drinks! I had the dragon's fruit, SO GOOD. I love the pink drink from starbies next door, but I'm sure I'll come here instead now! But I was super bummed when I pulled in to find out this is drive thru only and customers will never be able to go in and sit. I brought my 3 kids thinking we could go inside and sit! I thought for sure being right in a neighborhood they'd have sit down available. I would think a lot of people would walk there. I hope they change their model at some point, or maybe have the building open to customers in the summer or something? Just a thought. Prices were good, I hope those don't change, as we will come more often! Thought it was weird that the girl taking my order was outside with an iPad, like right at the drive thru entrance - only two cars could be in line at once or they were waiting in the street. I'm glad I looked at the menu in advance because she didn't have any menus, the menu is on a sign further down. Maybe this is temporary? A little confusing but not a huge deal. Just some feedback...

I drove out of my way to check this place out for a very underwhelming experience. I arrived and hadn’t determined what I wanted to order so I saw and pulled into an open parking spot to explore the options. Then was met with an employee at my window telling me it was drive thru only and I wasn’t allowed to be parked there. So after being forced into line before I was ready, I ordered something I wasn’t excited about because I was being rushed to order in line (or pull off and order online) despite no one being behind me. Once I got my food I had to either eat while driving or find some random place that I wasn’t a patron of to park in the lot of to eat my food. I got a hot dog which was decent but nothing special with poppyseeds falling everywhere, good mini donuts, and an unexciting soda with maybe the smallest splash possible of cream, hardly a dirty soda. Dodopop is my FAVORITE dirty soda store in Minnesota. They have so many creative drinks (even a build your own menu) and lots of sugar free options for people like me. Every time I have gone the employees are so friendly and always greet me enthusiastically. As someone who has worked in food service, I am consistently impressed by their efficiency and receptiveness to modifications and complicated orders (I love to try lots of different add-ins). Compared to other soda shops, their price points are cheaper and more flexible depending on how many add-ins you want. I LOVE that as a broke college student haha. Even most recently when I went thru the drive thru they did a trivia and I won a free drink. I believe the store is just a drive thru with no in-person seating, but I don’t mind that at all.
