I rated this company 1-star because they failed to contact me about a service appointment after multiple attempts were made to obtain this information. GE Warranty services set up an appointment for me with H&H to service my new gas dryer. I was told that H&H would contact me within 24 hours to arrange a service date/time. I never received that call. After that 24 hour period, I contacted H&H five times over the course of the week. I spoke with someone three of those five times - twice a woman and once a man. The woman took down my information both times and told me that someone would call me back, but they never called me back. When I spoke with the man, I explained the problem I was having with my dryer and he said he would "pre-order the part" he thought might be needed and call me back to schedule the appointment. He never called me back. I made several attempts to get this service appointment changed with GE, but because this was the service provider in my area GE was not able to provide much assistance. Luckily I was able to finally talk with someone at GE who was able to make another appointment for me with a different service provider.
I would not recommend receiving warranty service repairs through H&H. If your warranty provider sets up an appointment with this company, I would request a different service. They might be a great company to work with directly, but I cannot speak to that experience. The people I spoke with on the phone were polite enough, but they were not responsive to my calls to get information.
If they contract with GE as a service provider and don't actually have the time to service GE customers, then they should make that clear at the get-go. Could have saved me the headache of being without a dryer for over a week and the constant calling.
Dear H&H - The second provider I was set up with came out within 2 hours of the call, and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. Waiting over a week for this service from you was ridiculous! Just tell me you cannot come out or schedule a service. My time is just as important...
Read moreLike everyone else I have an issue with my LG stove and put in a warranty service request. Unfortunatly I was connected with H&H TV and Electronics. My service was scheduled with them on 11-5 and I was told that I would receive a call from them to confirm this. No contact was ever made by them. On the day of the scheduled delivery I tried to call them over 20 times after 10 am (their store hours) and was sent straight to voicemail. Left messages, no response, continued to call and eventually someone answered. The lady I spoke with said she had no access to the schedule and the person who did the scheduling wasn't in until 12:00. I requested she contact him on his cell phone and ask him over the phone if I had an appointment to which she said she could not do that. I called back again at 12:00 and was told he would be in at 1:00, I called back at 1:00 and was told he would be in any minute. I called again at 1:30 and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally the "scheduler" was put on the phone and instead of answering my questions about whether I had a service scheduled for that day he started asking me questions about my appliance. When asked if they were planning on coming out today I was told that they were overbooked and that the traffic was to bad. "I don't have the time to sit in traffic for 2 hours to get to your home" is what I was told. I was offered to have parts ordered for my stove and the "scheduler" would swing by at some time when my parts were in. Read moreI wish I had been smart and read the reviews on this company before I gave them my Samsung TV. But, I brought my tv to them because Samsung recommended them. Jack will communicate with you when it comes to receiving your TV or electronics but once he has your item he disappears. First of all they have two locations listed and I picked the location closest to me which is Saint Louis Park but no one was there so I went to the 21195 Minnetonka Blvd Suite 100A Shorewood Mn 55331 store and he told me they sold the St Louis Park store but did not tell me that on the phone before I May two trips. Once I dropped off my TV I could not get a hold of him by calling because he doesn't answer ever and the voicemail box is full, he doesn't respond to texts, and he only responded to my email once I threatened to report my item stolen to the police since I could not get my item back. I even drove up to the correct location again and no one was there. Finally he responded to my threatening email and said that Samsung is suppose to update me and not him. My tv couldn't be repaired so Samsung did approve an exchange then two days later they voided my exchange warranty because Jack told them it's physically damaged. It did not have to take a month and two weeks for me to know my tv won't get repaired nor exchanged. Jack is crooked and wasted my time! This is the worst company I have ever encountered.
