West End Farmers Market — Local services in Short Pump

I happened to drive by Salt & Pepper Farm on my way home from work. I did a little sleuthing and found this farmers market. What a fantastic find! I love Corazón Cakes. Since I'm gluten, dairy and soy free, I wasn't expecting to find much in the way of prepared items. Her cakes are delicious. We're making an effort to support small businesses and this is the perfect way to do it. Great farmers market. Love the goat cheese!! I the meat vendor is the best in the area. (I'm not a pimento dip person bc its just shredded cheese and mayo and mustard and yuck and very easy to put together lol but the gentlemen is very friendly and the pie guy does gluten-free. Very nice market. I was in a wheelchair that beautiful day ( 7/4/20).The ground was dry enough to get around. Everyone was helpful,friendly and understanding. I was able to by a soldier friend of ours really fresh food. My favorites were the microgreens, the fresh berries and the BBQ. Will be going back again to see what other fresh foods are available.
