I've used the services of numerous other computer techs in the area over the past 28 years and no one even comes close to the service, ability, follow through and knowledge that Justin has and displayed! I own a business that requires a network with multiple workstations that all interact and see/access the same data. Justin reworked my network server and workstations to get everything running smoothly and quickly as well as setup multiple back up systems/routines to safeguard all of my data.

My experience with Justin has been the most positive by far of any techs that I've used over the years, and that is saying alot! Justin is amazing! My sons computer processor and motherboard were surged and his computer wouldn’t turn on. We took it to Best Buy’s Geek Squad, when we got the computer back, it was over heating (which it never did before), after days of being on the phone with Geek Squad, they could not provide a resolution. We took it to Justin and he diagnosed it was a faulty processor that Best Buy sold me. Justin worked with me through the process and even upgraded the motherboard and processor. Justin is Awesome!! My hard drive crashed and he fixed it in a day, updated my operating system, did all the setup and put up with all my questions and helped get everything loaded and running the way i wanted, even into the weekend. He also miraculously was able to retrieve a lot of the data i lost, which was SOOOOO appreciated, and i felt his prices were extremely fair.
