Regarding live plants, because of lack of sunlight and air circulation while in transit, it is possible that some of them may appear stressed upon receipt. However, we provide a sample MegaSea seaweed solution free of charge with every plant order, which will help bring any stressed plants out of shock, promote rapid root development, and give them a healthy start in their new home. If any plants have not shown signs of recovering after 2 weeks of following the instructions we provide for transitioning your starts, we will gladly send you new plants. Note that we can't replace any bonus plants, however, only the original plant(s) ordered. Our free bonus plant program is our insurance policy against having to send replacements, which is really costly as I'm sure you can imagine, and for us to continue to be able to ship plants we need to find a way to at least cover our costs. Seeds took a few weeks to get here, were just wrapped in paper and cheap plastic bags closed with a staple, 'labeled' in handwritten pen on the bag. Most importantly, the seeds (garlic chives and San Marzano nano) WOULD NOT SPROUT. I planted them immediately in seed starting medium, watered well, with a thermostat controlled heating pad beneath, checked and watered daily. Seeds bought from another company in the same growing tray sprouted in about 3 days and are flourishing. These are dead as a doornail. I order every year from this amazing company! the soil amendments for absolutely everything are pure gold. Bryan, the owner spent a few hours on the phone with me when I was just beginning farming and full of questions.So helpful and an incredible resource!
