Dollar General — Local services in Shreveport

Love the store, but the management that is there now & some of the workers have awful attitudes. I have went into this store and experienced horrible customer service and I have also witnessed the elderly being mistreated by staff. If customers are having an issue with anything at all they do not provide good customer service. Instead, they talk rudely to the customer and get upset after they've given off bad energy and ban a customer from the store and threaten to call the police and have the children taken away along with the parent. I have heard the store employees call management and give false information about a lady that was in the line before me and he was loud and mean on the phone with the employee talking bad about the elderly lady before. I have called the store phone to speak with management and couldn't get anyone to answer. I would like corporates phone number and email to discuss a few issues that I have encountered and seen other people go through. The attitudes are not acceptable. Everyone in this neighborhood are not criminals. Customers should be treated better. Ben is the manager of this location and he is very rude. Unprofessional behavior is rampant with little to no Supervision. I didn't see much respect for the new Supervisor! I've been coming here for years and enjoyed some of the prior Supervision. I asked for the prior Manager but was told he no longer worked there. Long lines with no one at the register but during my complaint two other individuals came to the register with bad attitudes.This should be a place of business with professional people doing a job after being trained properly to keep good paying customers.
