If I could give a negative star I would however, this 1 star will do. I've been there quite a few times before never had a bad experience. However yesterday, the older lady that works in there has no customer service skills or even general hospitality skills. I asked her about a specific nail design for my daughter. I showed her the picture she looks at the phone gives it back and say nothing. Absolutely nothing, another customer even looked at me in disbelief of her actions. Of course being who I am I was polite and just told the man in there that "I assume she's unable to do the design, because she's not saying anything. Have a blessed day." I left and took my daughter to another shop I will NOT support Gorgeous nails ever again. I've heard things about them being rude I never experienced it though until now. The man was actually polite but , the lady will definitely the reason they'll lose customers. I'm big on being polite and courteous. I literally went in to just get my dip powder off and paint my regular nails. I instantly was sat down and she clipped my current nails. Other people started arriving and needing things fixed and there was a couple people before me. I understand there are only two people there so I can be patient. But, knowing it takes at least 30 minutes of soaking for my dip powder to come off, after clipping my nails off, this could have at least been done. Instead I sat there for an hour after watching everyone get their nails done, knowing the longer I waited without my nails soaking, I could be there another hour or more when they finally did get back to me. I finally just left. Would never return to somewhere that has such a serious lack of time...

BIG W.O.T. and A Big Waste of money go here if you don't want your nails to last 2wks or more because you will be back no less then two days because one of your nails has broke they act scared to add products and they do not do design when you ask them a question pertaining to your feet or nails they play the I Don't Speak English card and they continue to mess your nails up then charge you extra for their mistake Very rude they stay speaking Vietnamese all day call that rude bring Google translate you're going to need it . Prices change no matter if you go get the same nail set etc. P.s. Never again your nails...
