DO NOT EAT HERE! AWEFUL FOOD! AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We ordered a deluxe pizza from here. I took it the 20 min home and when my son took a bite the pizza was RAW!

I called them and told them that the pizza was still DOUGH! They told me to bring it back and they would finish cooking it. I told them I live 20 min away. They told me I could put it in my oven. I told them that was not an option for me (my kitchen is mid remodel). I told them since I'm driving back I wanted a refund. I will just take my family somewhere. They told me they would only issue a partial refund if I brought it back and if I was coming in they would just finish cooking it for me instead! $25 for a deluxe pizza that isn't even cooked and then aweful customer service. Went here today 4/8/2023 and got pizza btw soooooo good and was ready when I got there! I took my son in with me (my son was very tired) and he began throwing a tantrum one of the older ladies saw me struggling to talk him down and get my pizza to the car so she took him aside and had a chat with him and I am extremely thankful because sometimes it takes someone else to sit and chat with your children for them to see a different a view he shaped up after that :) I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but all I can do is say thank you so much for being the extra hand I needed...

I stopped by the Rosewood Mini-Mall. I love this place, I love these people! It's like walking back in time to me, it's almost church like, that's how much reverence I have for this place. I love how much they care for the community and put love in everything they do. The pizza is a must here! I drive 30 minutes one way just to get a pizza pie from here, second to none! The fresh deli salads and sandwiches are always a treat and I find the deli meats and cheeses are better quality than the supermarket in town any day. Thanks for your time.
