Chosin Cycles and Firearms — Local services in Sierra Vista

My neighbor is a woman with lots of firearms experience, whereas I have almost none. After going to over a dozen gun shops in Pima and Cochise Counties, she said she finally purchased a handgun from Chosin. She said they treated her more respectfully than any of the other shops she visited. The man behind the counter gauged her experience level and was very knowledgeable. I was told the prices were also very fair, so I drove down to Chosin a few weeks later.

For years I had thought about getting a handgun, but wasn't sure where to start. The gentleman behind the counter figured out right away that I was pretty clueless, but he never belittled me. He was patient and helped me figure out what was a good fit for me. He wasn't pushy about making a sale either. After some more explanation on another day, I made a purchase.

Now I actually carry my handgun on me with confidence, and I know the parts of my handgun and what the heck I'm doing! A month ago I never would've imagined doing that. It feels wonderful knowing I can take care of myself.

I was in the store today and the employee working there was incredibly rude to me for no reason. I wish I had read the other reviews of this place because apparently the guy working on Saturday is notoriously awful. I went in telling him that I was picking up two weapons parts that I signed for two weeks ago. He stared at me like he was trying to punk me out and told me that he had no idea what I was talking about. He didn't want to check his computer or look around the store or anything, he just stood there and stared at me and told me that he didn't understand what I meant and that he couldn't help me. Then he joined in with a customer making fun of me and laughing at me because I apparently wasn't making any sense coming in to pick up two weapons parts. I don't see what is so crazy about that that he can't even pretend to look around and understand what I mean. He told me that "we don't make you sign for weapon parts, only weapons". Well the fact of the matter is I came in and handed over my ID and signed for weapon parts and he had no business treating me like...

Dean stated some expensive collector knives where in perfect, excellent and non blemished condition but when I received them that was far from the case. He then refused to remedy the matter. Dean also he would compensate me but then began to dodge phone calls and refused to return calls after messages have been left. He then finally returned an email and stated he was not going to fix the situation and told me to move on because I was harassing him. Very dishonest and shady definitely not a man of his word.
