Brought a veteran here today for back surgery. The hospital is extremely clean and a staff seems very attentive to patients needs! While staying here I went and visited the food service and bought breakfast. Breakfast was around $7 it included bacon and eggs tater tots and sausage was tasty and quite filling. My only bad experience here is mosquitoes in the hospital near the waiting room! I wouldn't use the surgery waiting room if I could avoid it or if you could remember to bring a can of OFF! mosquito repellent. In my brief staying there today, which is extremely brief because of all the mosquitoes, I killed 7 mosquitoes in the waiting room and the hallway close to it. I got 3 mosquito bites on my legs. I did find a mosquito free environment when I went and got my food in the cafeteria for breakfast. I told the young lady at the desk (a volunteer) that the mosquitoes were horrible. She called maintenance to see what could be done with it. Other people in the small waiting room were bit and one gentleman said he kill three mosquitoes already while sitting there. That was sort of a bit of a nightmare sitting in the waiting room. After I got some advice from the nurse from my buddy going into surgery, I chose to go outside and sit in the truck and listen to my radio for the approximate surgery time. The hospital waiting room is actually located right beside to outside entrances! This explains the extreme number of mosquitoes in the waiting area for surgery, for the families of those going through surgery.

June 30th 2025 I went to their ER having a heart attack. I told the ER receptionist that I was having a heart attack and I'm having pain down my left arm. She called back to the ER and told them that they have someone saying they're having a heart attack. She put a wrist band on me, and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. 10 minutes later, I asked if you are going to see me, she told me to wait. I waited a bit longer and still nobody came for me. I told her I have to go to another hospital that was willing to treat me. I collapsed in the parking lot, got myself off the ground and went to Cape so I could get life saving treatment.

I'll start by say that they aren't the only hospital that dropped the ball on my medical condition. My upper sinus gum membrane starts real thick and normal on the right side and about halfway to the front of my gums it darts up straight towards underneath my left nostril. Then from there continually goes up Hill to nothing on the end of my gums on the left side. The membrane needs to be pulled down over the top of my bone around to the back of my gums and sewn there. If there's not enough bone there to properly perform that then it needs repaired in the process. This causes inflammation and infection in the lymph nodes. Which has been putting pressure on my left lung pressing it against my rib cage squeezing all the air out of it and I can't get anymore air in until the inflammation in the lymph nodes go down. Now that constitutes a medical emergency. They did a cat scan and that will show the membrane needing properly repaired. I told them I needed membrane repair surgery but like the other 2 hospitals and VA, they aren't going to listen to the patient who knows what they've been going through with their body because they aren't big enough to admit it. Instead do improper diagnosis and recommendations that are far from needed. They say my lymph nodes , and some are definitely leaking, are fine but didn't do the proper imaging to diagnose the lymph nodes. A cat scan might if your lucky but the proper imaging is Lymphangiograph, MRI, or lymphoscintigraphy. So why wasn't these proper imaging done? Because no medical professional likes for a patient to come in and explain what is wrong with them. The patient is always wrong in their eyes and never will admit that the patient is right. And that's a total shame because it's a total waste time money resources and improper diagnos' that puts the patient in total mental anguish and through unneeded pain and suffering. Once I get that membrane pulled back down, repaired and healed back up I'll be paying all 4 places a visit for some much needed answers as to why this happened and why some of the staff was rude, poor integrity and disrespectful also. Not everyone was but about half were. On top of it they try to find any reason they can to put it on the patient as If they did something wrong. That's totally uncalled for, poor integrity and very disrespectful. And I'm a firm believer that disrespect goes both ways just like respect does. And I'm going to defend myself I don't car how much they try to put the blame on me. 3 times out of 4 the hospital released me but I was hammered on why I signed myself out the one time but never mentioned me being released and drug out the door to the car. Nor did the question the hospital staff as to why they continually release me from the hospital when I have a medical condition that constitutes a medical emergency. I asked that question and it was implied that I'd only been to ER that one time. Come on there's a computer trail. They treat you like your a total idiot. I've got common sense, 2 years of college and was in the military for over ten years. I'm not an idiot unless I'm totally out of it. So I'm not sure what to say but if you ever have a medical condition like I have see a specialist asap. I didn't know that you didn't need a referral to see one. Good luck everyone smile and make...

Doctor Minni Molhotra deserves to have here license taken from the state, and I will do everything in my power to make sure that happens. Terminated in the middle of an active C. Diff infection she walked out the middle of the appointment terminated me just because she didn’t like that I asked questions to which she as a professional should have had answers. Her office manager who she called into the room stood by as I calmly asked if the provider cannot help me then please send me somewhere that can, and that as a provider she should know where to send me. She was insulted by this, but clearly the only thing she was insulted by was her lack of knowledge and the logic I used to point out that she should know where other patients for similar issues would come or go for certain providers and were able to get the care they needed, so to say she didn’t know where to send me was a refusal to help me. She walked out of the room terminated me while in the middle of an active medical situation and told me vindictively that no other provider would touch me. Now after going to the ER and forcing MO Deltas hand and had to be hospitalized, was sent to referrals where they could help me, and learning Molholtra actively does this not only to other patients but staff as well and that no one had anything positive to say about her this entire situation can be public information since it is her public behavior that will lead to her termination and loss of license. Consider this notice to the management who have refused to take me seriously, now that I have documentation and proof from other hospitals, clinics, and providers I will be reporting this provider to the state. Nothing may come of it, but any other patients having similar issues should report this provider as well. This provider is a danger and wouldn’t surprise me if she is featured on the next season of Dr. Death for her blatant lack of care. This may be a month after my visit but I wanted the proper documentation from hospitals and clinics to submit to the state so I can know I did everything in my power to actively keep the community safe from a...
