The term estimate on measurements is an excuse to short your building size and still get charged for a full size. I got my custom built and they did a horrible job on the roof insulation for it being an out of pocket upgrade. One of the windows don't open. I can't even get a call back. I feel I need to be prorated the difference on size because I paid for a 16x40 for a specific reason. The inside is only 14'3". I was so angry I didn't even measure the length because I didn't wanna get more angry. But I will when I'm off today. All in all! I regret not going with their competitor instead. This is my second building to own through Graceland. I am so disappointed in this one I just got. The boards that are in the lofts is crushed fiberglass/board. I’m not real sure how to say what they’re made out of but I know that I’m very allergic to it!! I know I’m allergic to fiberglass and I feel that that’s what’s in the wood.
