I am having a hard time believing I'm going to the same store as some other reviewers. I love that they are always well stocked, and it's convenient for in town shopping. However, I haven't received any good customer service here. Unfortunately, I would rather drive out of town to another grocery to avoid it here. I DREAD walking up to the register! Everyone always seems miserable, and act irritated to be helping you. On one occasion we sat at the register waiting for employees to finish their conversation, they looked at us and continued on. When they were done they acted annoyed while helping us... it was extremely awkward. I'm one of those "try to be really nice to everyone" type of people so to be in return treated like an annoyance for coming in doesn't make you feel welcome or want...

The deli doesn't know what "chipped" or "shaved" means either. You ask for something sliced thin and you wont get it. I think it has something to do with it being a pain in the butt to have to push the slicer more often.
The produce section is generally pretty barren and old looking as well. If you are in a bind and you live in Jamestown, that's about the only reason you would want to go there as opposed to making the trip to Kroger in Xenia to have a selection of...

They support our local farmers by selling their products such as honey, sausage, etc. And both sides of my family farmed for a living.
