We went to pick apples yesterday. We rode the tractor and grabbed quite a few. It's a 20# minimum and they were $2.25/#. The animals were fun to look at, and the gift shop had tons of unique items. The kettle corn was excellent and still warm. All in all it was an expensive experience but definitely one everyone should try at least once.

Packed today. Most people wore masks. Got some cider, a bag of Jonalicious apples, pears, a pie shield and some milk chocolate toffee, which I don't usually care much for toffee but stuff is really good. They didn't have my favorite cashew crunch this time, but said to be expecting some. Will have to go back again.

I like this place, I come every year. You can pick your own apples. They used to have a 20 lb minimum but this time they let us buy a smaller bag. There are chickens, and goats to see. There is also a little gift shop where you can get goodies and treats.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! Never have I ever been treated so poorly over a confusion! A couple years ago my family and I went to the apple orchard and had a great time, people were friendly and it was a good atmosphere and this year we’d thought we’d go again since it was so nice last time. On arrival, the woman up front already had a bad attitude (which was whatever, me along with my family understand that people have bad days and it didn’t really bother us at first). As the woman was explaining that they were out of certain apples and the pricing it would be if we were to buy apples (she at no point made it clear to any of us that we HAD to buy AT LEAST 20lbs of apples all we knew was it was 1.50 a pound). Since we loved the Honeycrisp apples last time (and they were out) we told the woman we were going to go across the street and purchase some and we were going to come back next weekend with more family and purchase more for pies. So we went around their barren and sad orchard and ate maybe five apples when we decided we were going to go and buy some from the store across the street. As we were walking away a man approached us that worked there and was VERY HOSTILE towards us, a family with kids, in front of other children that were at the orchard. We tried to explain that it wasn’t made clear to us that we had to buy at least 20 lbs of apples and we were still going to go to the store and stock up. But the man wouldn’t take and apology and his little brain couldn’t comprehend that we didn’t know and it wasn’t made clear to us. Let it be know my family and I were being calm during all of this, yet the people working continued to argue and at one point they had the nerve to say, “We don’t want to argue,” yet THEY were the ones arguing with US! Safe to say my family WILL NOT be going there ever again and I will make sure none of my friends go. They refused us an picking stick even though their trees were close to empty! THEY TREATED US LIKE WE DIDNT HAVE ANY MONEY BUT WE MADE IT CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING WE...

First time going here, I was very unsure. I didn't know it'd be like. I stepped out, and I smiled. It's like a small shop/apple orchard/farm like place. I went into their shop and it was very chilly! However, it smelled amazing and they had a wide selection of fruits, especially apples. I tried their Jonathan apple and it best one I've had for months. I was able to give my core to the sheep. They looked kind of sad, but they were very happy that I gave them my core. Anyways, I was able to get some of their treats like the cashew-buttery like candy (like peanut brittle) and some sea-salt caramel. Very delicious, and I'm willing to get it again, along with their cider. They only accept cash or check, so please remember to bring either one of those with you...

I'm sorry, but I do think the cash/check only thing is an issue. It's extremely inconvenient for customers and it's a terrible business decision. It's not hard to link a venmo/PayPal/electronic app or get a card reader and charge customers a small fee if they use card. Obviously I don't know the in's and out's of their business, or maybe they don't care, but it would make a lot of customers happy.

Additionally, the lady said she dropped one of our apples. And replaced it with a very bruised, not good apple...

I DID like how many apple varieties they had! And lots of other fun stuff! It was also a lot of fun to feed the goats...
