I tried to sign my son up online the night before we went and it wasn’t working. I tried it multiple times and it kept giving me different errors. I went in the next morning and told her I couldn’t sign him up. She was so incredibly rude. She kept telling me to keep trying after I told her I’ve tried all morning. I showed her what was going on and the error. She got super annoyed with me and said she will have to charge me $10 from the other room. I told her that that was fine and she gave me an attitude because she didn’t want to do it. She then went on saying that they got a new system last night and that might be something with that. The error was clearly not a user error. We finally went into the other room after she checked everyone in. After I paid she said ā€œyou better get it figured out before the next time you come in. If I’m busy I won’t be able to help you.ā€ I was so angry. I replied ā€œit’s clearly not on my end, and I don’t know how to fix your system.ā€ And with an attitude she said ā€œwell I don’t either.ā€ So, please tell me how this is my fault. I wanted to leave right then but my son really wanted to play so we went in. Shortly after that I saw her go on her computer and her whole demeanor changed. I’m very positive she realized the problem and the problem was not me.

Now moving on to my experience in the actual gym. Aside having a bad taste in my mouth from the rudeness of the owner, the gym smelled bad. I heard her say how much she loved mondays because of how clean everything was.. I’m afraid of what it looks and smells like on a Thursday. It smelled like sweaty feet and the bathroom floors were sticky… we were the first ones in there. Most if not all mats have not been cleaned in a long time. And the worst part is it’s not toddler proof. There was this space between a mat and some concrete that my son almost fell through. And there were things all over the gym that didn’t seem safe for any age. The whole experience was just not it for me. We definitely wont be going back. I told my IT husband about it that is very familiar with Captcha (the error I was getting) and he said they didn’t input something properly on the website. We go on it to check it out and sure enough the whole website is completely changed. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Especially when something is her fault and not the customers. Own up to it and apologize. There is no need to blame me for YOUR website not working. I didn’t set it up. Yes, it was an inconvenience to you, but it was also an inconvenience to us. Especially to my son that had to wait almost 15 minutes while the owner was rude to us and we had to wait to pay and watch other kids play. You only get an hour of playtime there. The whole experience...

This place is negligent and unsafe!

Tonight I took my children to parents night out because I received an email about the ā€œfun eventā€. I didn’t even have plans to go out but saw it was a more affordable way for them to take a class and get some energy out.

I dropped my 3 & 10 year old off in the lobby and assumed that the young woman I was dropping them off with was the younger of the teachers/chaperones. I thought she was probably about 21. I’m used to ymca and church nurseries where you sign people in and out. I signed them both in and left.

3 hrs later I returned to a parking lot full of cars. I walked in and my 3 year old was in the front lobby. The door was unlocked he could have walked out and been hit by a car in the dark, kidnapped or molested.

He normally runs to me happy to see me he saw me and just started quivering. He said several incoherent sentences and asked me where his brother was and told me he fell and hurt his arm.

I waited for an adult and besides parents going in and out the big gym I saw no workers.

My toddler was in a cold poopy diaper.

Finally after 5 mins a worker met me at the door into the big gym and she called to get my older son. I took time to change my toddlers diaper and make sure he was okay then I took both my children in to find a manger.

There were over 20 kids and parents walking in and out and only 2 workers! I asked their ages… 17 & 19!!! I wasn’t mad at these literal children but I am horrified that an adult would hire someone so young without any help from someone 21 or older!

This is negligent to the highest extent. I believe if this gym is allowed to host these nights again we will hear of children dying on the news.

I took a toddler and mom gym class and it was lovely im sure that’s how they originally got high ratings but this place should not be allowed to provide childcare. I had no clue this was even legal! There was nothing about it in the wavier. Bare minimum, they should not be accepting toddlers if they cannot watch them properly or provide safety. Their website makes you sign up ahead with the child’s birthday and info so they knew how many children they would have and were ill prepared. Another mother in the parking lot shared that she had found her toddler alone as well and would never be back.

Edit to add over a year later: my child has suffered emotionally from the above incident, and I am still full of fear over what might...

I can't give this place too low of a star bc the kids had fun but I definitely cannot give it 5 stars. We had our daughters birthday here and there is just absolutely NO reason they should pack them in top of one another.

The stress brought on by having to completely rush made the day completely unenjoyable for me as a parent. Simply letting us come in 15 mins earlier to set up. (We had 25 kids) and having the next group come in 15 mins after we left would make a world of difference.

People coming in after me were waiting on my parking spot. I felt bad for them because there is 0 extra time. You have to sign a waiver when you come in which is fine but that takes away from play time and when there is 0 time to waste it makes it difficult.

But really, the lady rushed us so much it was not fun at all. She even told my mom who was doing nothing but finishing her cake that she had to leave the room, so she could clean for the next group. To be fair she said she felt bad to tell my mom to leave but come on... she's not in the way she is just sitting to the side.

I give 3 stars bc the kids had fun but the parents and especially me felt the pressure so strongly that I walked away feeling fully stressed.

I don't know if I am getting it across how unnecessarily stressful it is for a parent. But just know if you do a birthday here don't bring anything you don't want to throw away, make sure your guest are at the door at start time bc there is no time to waste. And try to get the first spot so your not wasting time on finding parking.

It was the fastest 2...
