Ordered a sectional waited 4 months for it to arrive. It looked wonderful but was defective. The seams were coming loose because they were not sewn together, there were staples sticking out that cut you and every time you sat down or stood up the springs squeak. John the owner came over & looked at it and sent it back to Indiana for repairs. Had to buy another couch off marketplace so we could have a place to sit while waiting 2 months to get our sectional back. It arrived still having issues. Springs still squeak and some more fabric was coming loose along the seams. I called many times & John would not return my calls so I drove to the store to talk with him. He was very nice, a sweet talker. Said he would call the manufacturer rep. Well no return calls. Again I called several times & nothing. The last time I called John answered said he would call rep & call me back in 10 minutes. Well that was over a year ago. I gave up which is what he wanted. Absolutely poor customer service. Even understanding there were problems with Covid we were disappointed with the quality control of the dining set we purchased. When the furniture finally arrived to us across the world we discovered the chairs had many problems. We had a furniture restorer come through and quote us what it will cost to rectify these problems and have sent Miller Bros the breakdown. Miller Bros are ignoring us claiming the manufacturer makes amazing furniture. They've accepted no responsibility on the low quality construction and we are now left fixing things that should have been discovered before being sent to us. At the end of the day. They have lovely furniture, but don't rely on them to do any quality control checks they claim they do and don't believe they'll standby their customers especially if they live in another country. I thought I was getting a brand new set but a couple of weeks after receiving it the light had hit it just right and I saw the flaw on the headboard. When I called him about it he finally admitted and then tried to tell me he didnt have another in stock and would have to order. Couple of months later after making several unanswered phone calls or receiving messages that he wasn’t sure they could get another, I showed up at his store and saw a brand new set in the showroom.
