I purchased a 30 pack of Natty's. When I opened the box it was flat. When I called the store the lady told me she didn't know if they could take it back but I should bring it to the store and talk to Alice. It was heavy but I took it in to the store. I was told they can't take beer back. I understand that, but they could have reimbursed me. Instead I had to carry the heavy box back to the store just to find out I was wasting my time. I love our local C&R. It also has an Ace Hardware inside, which is definitely nice. Brad is phenomenal and knows that store like the back of his hand.
