But first they won’t even come out to your house to see if it even works until you tell them you have the money and your ready to get Internet. They charge you $250 for instillation then $50 for the first month, so $300 upfront to get on your computer and get on the internet and it’s like your using dial up and to make things worse the Lady in the office that answers the phone is so rude and has an attitude all the time. Like if you hate your job get a different one don’t be rude to the customers. You wonder why I got OECfiber for one it only cost me $100 for the installment and the equipment is no charge and I didn’t have to pay up front. The lady in the office told me yesterday that they would be out in the morning to get their equipment. Cool that works. So the next morning I’m thinking ok this is going to work they should be here any minute and I can go mow my yards. WRONG!!!! Here it is already 10:30 am haven’t seen anyone or gotten any phone calls, so I call the office and ask I thought they were going to be out first thing in the morning? She say “ no I said sometime today”. ME: “ No you said first thing in the morning. I been sitting here waiting, I have to go to work. Office lady:” well I’m sorry we had a paying customer that’s having a problem. All I can say is go elsewhere . Internet don't work but a week at a time so I called atlink in okc they cover rural when I canceled service. Bob sent a guy to take everything off. They bolted a tripod on roof and were gonna leave the holes. When my wife said it was now a permanent fixture house they can't take it the guy cut my current internet line from atlink. Then Bob wouldn't even fix the line. They had no permission to install equipment on roof from homeowner. They didn't even call to set up time to pick up equipment. They will trespass and destroy your personal property when they try to get there equipment. After I said they can replace roof and I'll get a lawyer for trespassing and criminal damage to property Bob finally said I can keep tripod and pole and not to call them. Horrible choice for Internet even if your Internet works it’s not gonna work very well at all And unless you’re a customer that they know very well you’re not gonna get good customer service at all don’t waste your $310 on installment and it’s definitely not high-speed Internet can’t even run more than one TV on at a time If you or your kids have a gaming Devices or phones, on the internet good luck having Internet at all and they will do what they can to keep you paying that 60 a month you’re better off paying a little more for Internet that actually works all month long instead of Internet that just...
