Was searching for plasma cutting techniques and accessories for my plasma cutter on youtube and one particular video referred to GEORGE'S PLASMA CUTTER AND WELDER REPAIR SHOP.

Contacted George who personally answered my call immediately. He was very helpful in assessing my exact plasma cutter (not just general make and model, as certain nuances are different on units having the same make and model, depending on year of manufacture), listening to my questions to effectively assess my needs and make the most appropriate suggestions for accessories matched to my particular plasma cutter and intended application.

He also invested an extensive amount of time to explain the best settings and techniques for my plasma cutter given my intended uses in order to maximize the potential for my success using the plasma cutter generally and with the extensive product line of accessories he carries. He was also helpful in providing insight into alternative products which might be readily found which do not function as well in my plasma cutter. Further, on other sites, many times there isn’t sufficient information to assess what accessories are better suited to a particular application and why. George makes sure he understands your application before making suggestions and explaining alternatives among his extensive line of accessories.

Also, given his vast experience, I had some specific questions about welding that he happily indulged in, was able to quickly and accurately assess the issues and provide some exact suggestions to remedy those issues as well.

If you are looking for quality products with customer service to match, this is where you want to shop. George is great to deal with and he has something that most business's have all but completely forgotten about, customer service ! If you don't believe it, give him a call and you will find out first hand. I suspect the 2 negative reviews are fake paid for reviews. I have no affiliation with George other than buying products from his store and I've never had a problem. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me giving me advise that i desperately needed and he did that because thats just the type of person he is. I started buying from him in 2014 and i still do.
