As stated in my previous post, my fiancée and I had an awesome experience at the Rooms to Go Outlet until we checked out with Ms. Abigail. Kevin kept a smile on our face and it immediately went away when Ms. Abigail nonchalantly called us to her counter for check out. She asked for our order number, did not engage in any conversation with us, and made us feel as if we ruined her day by being there. She asked how we wanted to pay for the furniture and we stated, "We would like to pay with our line of credit we have with Rooms to Go". A few moments later she looked at us and stated, "Ok what is your other form of payment". I became confused and again stated that we were paying with the line of credit. She nonchalantly stated, "no, I need another form of payment for the sales tax". I politely explained that we made other purchases with Rooms to Go earlier this week and we were able to make the entire purchase including sales tax with our line of credit. Ms. Abigail continued with a straight face, and in an attitudinal manner, shook her neck and stated, "well we don't do that here" and proceeded to stare at me waiting. She stated this with no sense of customer service or explanation to address my concern. Instead of making a scene and embarrassing myself and my fiancée, I pulled out another card and gave it to her. At this point, I was about to cancel the sale and walk out but I thought about Kevin and his hard work with assisting us to find EXACTLY what we wanted. I couldn't believe she was ok with ruining a sale that her Co-Worker worked so hard to get. She swiped the card, asked me to sign, told me where to pick up the furniture and the experience ended. Ms. Abigail did not thank us for shopping with them. She did not say I hope you enjoy your purchase. She did not say come shop with us again. The experience awkwardly ended and we walked away. I walked in happy and left mad. This will not happen again. If Rooms to Go Outlet continues to allow Ms. Abigail to act in this behavior they will lose out on future sales. I will not check out with Ms. Abigail again. I will politely wait for another counter to open for check out. I would advise all customers to do the same.    Read moreThe experience started out as a memorable one. We were greeted upon entering by a salesman named Kyle and he was very polite and helpful. He gave us a brief overview of how the store works and what is where. We found a couch we loved and let him and he began working on some things for it. We asked him to hold it for a moment while we walked around a little more looking for more items to possibly purchase. Well in the 10 minutes we took to explore a little more, we were told that the couch we wanted to purchase had been sold already. We were very confused on this as it had a price tag on it still, while other items in the store were marked as sold with a 'Sold' tag. We were told the Ops team had come out before opening and removed the sold tag and placed the price tag on it again. This is even more confusing because I would assume if something was sold, they wouldn't remove the tag and replace it with the price tag. Come to find out this couch had been sold to one of the associates who didn't communicate about the sale of it to the rest of the team. As we were walking out, we expressed out disappointment to Kyle and he apologized vigorously but it wasn't his fault. Then as he mentioned this issue to his colleague, the colleague told him to, "Get the f* out of his face". Super unprofessional. Very sad because we had high hopes for this location.    Read moreWell all the great reviews about Kevin are true! We went in today looking for a dresser, the store was busy so I wasnât surprised that no one hit us up as soon as we walked in. We found a couple we liked and actually ran into a sales person and told him what we were looking for. It wasnât until a bit later that I noticed it was the âfamousâ Kevin everyone talks about! Honestly all the things people are saying are true! In fact every employee we interacted with was great! The next time we are looking for furniture we will go to this Rooms To Go and ask for Kevin! ADDED Review! When you buy from the Outlet Store they donât provide delivery⊠BUT they have several 3rd party companies they recommend. I picked Jazzmon Buggs and was very impressed at how professional he and Monty were! They kept me informed every step of the way and were very helpful being this was my first time buying from this store. Both were extremely careful getting our new HEAVY dresser upstairs and placed in our bedroom. I canât end without giving a tip of the hat to the warehouse crew! All were nice and helpful! To me customer service goes along way and the Rooms To Go Outlet in Lebanon is right up there with Chick-fil-A And Publix...
