Rented a SUP from this place over the summer and took my dog out with me. Was beautiful in the mid-day, wind was slack so glassy surface on the river. Beautiful and desolate feel, felt like I was on the bayou with the all the bald cypress trunks. Special thanks to the gentlemen/staffer who was on the dock as I pulled up, as I almost slipped off trying to dismount off the board onto the dock and he grabbed my arm, probably saving me from falling and dropping my dog. Terribly disappointed with the service. I called and inquired about Friday rental for kayaks, guided tour for our company party, no issue. I call back to book a few days later and this guy on the phone gets an attitude, tells me they are only servicing on the weekends because they use high school kids. I told him that is not what I was told previously and how is it I would know they used high school kids to run their business and his response was, "I'm telling ya now!"
