This place is the quintessential dream cabin on a soothing bubbling stream with trout fishing off the back deck steps! The interior is amazing down to the simple country decor to the beautiful open layout! It is perfect in ever way! The 3 bedrooms are all the perfect sizes; two of the bedrooms are downstairs. On the second floor is the master bedroom! It is so spacious and marvelous! if you have kids, there are wooden bunk beds, that's bottom is built much wider, and another bed for the adults is in the same room, along with it's own bathroom/shower. The back deck is perfection! It has plenty of room. We can all spread out in our chairs/ gliders and watch the stream, it's so serene and peaceful! I love getting into the hot tub and just watching the nature around and the shooting stars! It's heavenly here! We heard a little noise and looked at the stream and two otters were playing in the water, rolling around having a blast, this is the place to make your family memories. The owners, particularly Randy, have been contacting us to make sure we are having a great time and asking if we need anything! I highly recommend this over any cabin I have stayed in and we come...
Read moreThis is a very, very nice mountain cabin on the Snowbird Creek nearby Robbinsville, NC.
My friends and I spent 5 nights at this Snowbird Creek cabin and we had wonderful time. The cabin has all the necessities, essentials and nice-to-have conveniences that we needed for our 5-day trout fishing and hiking visit.
The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with ... and the pricing was very favorable :). We will definitely be booking this cabin for future visits. We have been trout fishing and hiking in the Snowbird Creek area for the past 30+ years ... and this was our first time staying at this cabin. Suffice it to say, we were blown away with the accommodations and the cabin made our stay on the Snowbird Creek a real treat!
Would gladly recommend this cabin to anyone. Just let me know if you have questions or need more...
Read moreWe were looking for a place to disconnect and kinda randomly we picked this cabin. Jackpot! Very clean, in a quiet place, in the middle of nowhere (just like we wanted). Randy (the owner) was always very responsive and was always making sure that we had what we needed. It was a long drive from Miami but was worth it. We're thinking of making it a yearly trip to the mountains. It's 2 hours away from Chattanooga TN, 2 hours away from Knoxville TN, 2 hours away from Asheville NC. Lots of outdoors to do and good if you want to disconnect completely from the city. If you have Sprint network, it is very spotty, but they have wifi...
