We stopped in multiple times before, I had my daughter before and never realized how insanely rude the woman is. She stands in the same spot every time I’ve been there. This time, was my last. I brought my friend in from out of town and we were checking out crystals and I always buy something from them… today, my daughter was picking up the beaded bracelets. I heard the woman huffing and puffing and side eyeing my daughter who is 3.5 but VERY good in this store, always is. My daughter dropped a beaded bracelet on the carpeted floor and the woman left out a HUGE huff… I turned around and said “YA KNOW WHAT, I’ll take her out” and she said “you don’t have to leave but don’t break stuff” I said ITS A BEADED BRACELET, it didn’t break? She just looked down at whatever high priced marked up stuff she was playing around with. Her husband was there and talking to my friend and they were shocked. I’m sure he deals with it daily but he really is very friendly and always so kind. Her… I don’t know what her issue is. I gave them a chance to right their wrong and it was not a good apology via messenger so we will never support this “small business” again. And I will continue to share my experience with everyone I know. She made my little girl so sad and if you have children you know how bad that feels as a mother. I am heartbroken that some angry woman made her feel like she was wrong for an accident. Like I said, it was a bracelet. It didn’t hurt it. And it was AN ACCIDENT, she is very careful. She asks what she can touch and I told her she could. I will never understand what happened in that woman’s day that she chose to anger her probably ONE customer of the day. She probably doesn’t have children if she is that horrible. And the thing is… don’t be passive aggressive and huff and puff at customers. Just say “please becareful” I was holding her hand, she wasn’t running around she wasn’t being a crazy kid or anything. I have SO MANY crystals that this little sweetheart knows not to be rough, or clumsy with them.

I absolutely love this place and I make it a point to visit every time I'm in the area. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They patiently answer questions and offer fascinating points of interests about the various " treasures" throughout the store. They even fulfilled a special request I had and sourced some beautiful orca agate for my son. I bring new friends to visit whenever possible and they never leave disappointed. This is a delightful, enchanting, and unique little store and well worth the time for a special outing. We also appreciate the veterans...

BEST PLACE and SERVICE EVER! Very professional shop, the classy woman who is working there is very talented ! She’s painting, creating jewelry and selling them very well. She’s taking care of all customers. Every time I’m happy and satisfied to have an interesting conversations with owners. Open mind people ❤️ I voted already twice for the best biznes...
