In person maybe this shop is great, but do not order online. Horrible experience. I ordered two cups and not only did I only receive one cup instead of the two I ordered, the cup I received was not as shown on the website at all. The one shown online was much cuter and a totally different color than the one I received! When I contacted the shop to express my upsetment about my order, I did receive a mediocre apology and a refund for the cup I didn’t receive. I asked about refunding the $8 I wasted on shipping but was ignored. Terrible customer service online. I’m just so disappointed, I go out of my way to try to support small businesses but in the end I paid $19 for a cup that I could’ve paid $7 for on Amazon. Terribly...
