Highly impressed! Would book with Chef Darrell again in a heartbeat. We asked Chef Darrell to cook a dinner for my dad’s birthday and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. From our very first conversation to the end of the event, he made everything so easy and was extremely helpful with the whole process. He had so many great options on his menu and was willing to work with us if we wanted to be creative with something else. Communication was a breeze.

I love that the ingredients he used were mostly organic and fresh from local farms. He went above and beyond by making these ricotta filled squash blossoms that were gorgeous to look at and delicious. Every course was superb - hors d’oeuvres were plenty and hit the spot, the salad was refreshing, the main course of short ribs were extremely tender and the best I’ve ever had, the sides complemented it perfectly - the polenta was such a satisfying comfort food, and the dessert was a great ending to a fantastic meal. The salmon he made for the littles ones was pure perfection. He is very talented, easygoing, and showcases both flavor and presentation in his work. Such an amazing experience and I’m so happy we went with Chef Darrell.

Best meal of my life. Darrell came to our beach rental to prepare a meal for our company retreat (~20 people). Darrell was very responsive leading up to the dinner (and on short notice too), clear in his communication, and very thorough. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted the meal to be and Darrell quickly and expertly assessed our needs and put together an amazing menu.

The night of was absolutely exceptional. I am not prone to hyperbole, but this was hands down the best meal of my life. Everything he made was fresh and cooked to perfection. The quality of ingredients was excellent, and the preparation was phenomenal. The entire team is still talking about the meal a week later.
