Just tried out Solar Meats for the first time and our family was very impressed with everything. We took up venison to be processed into smoked garlic with cheddar cheese Ring Bologna, Breakfast links, Hot dogs with cheese, and some venison burger. First off the packaging is the best we have ever seen from a locker, everything is chamber vacuumed with what looks to be atleast 3ml maybe even 4ml thick packaging. We only buy our meats from Solar Meats. The staff is great to work with and are very accommodating. The pork chops are the best pork chops we've ever had. The bacon is amazing, thick cut and melts in your mouth. We've been purchasing 1/2 a hog for years now. The brats are full of flavor and there are a bunch of flavors to choose from. This is a shady business. I thought I got less cuts when I last ordered a half beef to be processed. I was new to this game so I let it slide, yet documented my cuts I received. This time I had a 1/4 beef processed (bigger than my prior 1/2). I got the same cuts, actually a few less. The 1/2 beef I got 125 pounds of ground beef.
