Arroyo Seco — Local services in Soledad

The people who run this place are absolutely the worse! they closed the gates because the park was full but then some people left and there was parking spots available so we asked if we could move our car down from the higher parking and he just said "No". we responded "but there are spots available down here". he answered," what does that matter?" also, we tried to go talk to our family who was left out of the park( they didn't arrive on time) but the lady at the booth told us to stop. we told her we just wanted to say bye to our family. she said if we kept walking towards the booth, she will kick us all out. we wanted to make a phone call but there was no service so we asked if we could borrow a phone. they said no, so we asked if they knew of somewhere we could go to get signal but they still said no. the park ranger was the one who actually told us there are public phones in the campground areas.. the people who run this place are very rude and not helpful at all. they will not work with you. just want to note, there was a "TRUMP 2020" sign at the begging of the road and we are a...

Growing up as a kid i always remember my father taking us here ...and without a doubt god creation is beautiful here...however my most recently visit was terrible got there at 8:15 on Sunday morning my family and i had been planning our vist for weeks the staff at the door blonde lady with short hair ,,very rude very ,very rude not just to us to everyone that got there after..i would recommend to get friendly people to greet ur guest even if park is full...she has got to go such an amazing landmark ruined by such a rude bad spoken lady...never vist...

Miss the old times with my family. Know continueing to come with my little lovely family. -If your going to come please come really early like around 8am...it gets packed... You won't pass through if you come later, they will tell you come after 3pm in order to go in... Especially during summer time ⛱️🌞 Is great to spend time with your kids and family...
