About two years ago they installed replacement thermal glass on four windows in our home. 15 months later 25% of them started to fog over due to moisture between panes. I was told the replacement warranty was 12 months and after that was pro- rated down similar to a car battery. The sizes varied from 57 inch wide and 42 inch tall being the largest and the other charge was for all labor required to replace. I certainly will not have them here again. When they did install there were two workers, one inside and the other outside. The existing 1/4 round trim moulding was damaged and they did not have their own trim. Lastly while installing one man said to other "don't push." he pushed and we had a pile of class chards inside dining room and living room. I recently purchased window glass from Sampson and that order was filled perfectly and even though it took a couple weeks it was worth the wait. I did not have to worry about it being correct and dealing with issues I have no time for. So, I really ended up saving time by dealing with them. I was notified when the order was in and ready for pickup and they worked with me to make my pickup work on my schedule. The same is true of my recent material need of glazing tape. I called, they sent me a quote by email, I approved the quote and returned the email. Called them up and paid for the item and it was waiting for me to pick up, again, on my schedule. I would highly recommend Samson Glass and Mirror for any need you have in regards to installing doors, windows, etc. They installed a commercial outswing door for me at a commercial property I was renovating. Over the next 3 months, the door settled a little and rubbed against the opening jamb. Most companies would have said, too bad or sorry your building settled, etc. But they gladly came out to assess the issue and then another time to fix the problem and readjust the door. Excellent customer service and standing behind their work and product. Not to mention the fact that the door was a whopping 40% less than the other bid I had received. Would recommend them...
