This business is incompetent.
I made a purchase online, received a confirmation email with reference number and directions to call if I had not heard from them to discuss delivery fee. I waited a week then called the number provided and left a message...no one called me back. I called again a week later, left another message...no one called me back. I called several more times and never got an answer. A month later I called and finally, someone answered! After stating I had ordered furniture, provided my order number and had not heard from them even after multiple attempts to reach someone, the salesman put me on hold to speak with the manager because he had no record of my purchase. After a few minutes he returned to tell me the manager would search the system with the order number I provided and call me back. Seven hours pass and still no call so I called them, again, left a message and I have yet to hear from anyone at this business.
I understand glitches with technology can occurs but a business should never ignore a customer especially when it is the customer who is making a concerted effort to purchase an item!
When a business manager cannot follow through with his/her own commitment to contact a customer and neglects to contact or delicate another employee to contact a customer after leaving several message, they are not worth...
