Very unprofessional and rude. Sent a broken xbox and have kept my money on hold for a week. Denied the xbox they sold was even broken and told me they'd sell it to someone else once they received it. Beware.

Sent the BROKEN xbox back exactly as it was packaged when sent, which yes was very poorly (as per pictures I sent mercari) but after wasting 200 on a broken xbox I refused to pay more to protect their BROKEN product. All in all mercari sided with me and I got my money back after a few long weeks of being harassed by this company.

As you can tell by the rude review replies. Their customer service is absolute junk. A bunch of lying crooks (with very poor shipping capabilities which they tried to blame on me when thats how it arrived )they also admitted to stalking my husband...

They helped make a great Christmas for my daughter. They were able to order a 2DS at a much better price than I had found on Amazon, Game Stop or ebay. Not only that but when they received the package they found one of the buttons was almost broken (but still working) and had it repaired free of charge. They were not required to do that. I bought it fully aware that it was a used system and was buying it "as is". I don't know of anywhere else that would have did that. They definitely will have my future business. Wonderful service from Martin and his staff as well as an excellent place to just go and hang out for a bit. The trade in credit is tremendously better than GameStop or other local game stores (especially considering the closest decent game store to Pulaski is nearly an hour away). I traded in a few Wii games and my old broken Xbox 360 set (with Kinect) and got an Xbox 360 along with a few games to go with it, only needed to pay about $20 for a couple of the games in total, the trade in credit took about $70-$90 off what I wanted.
