Wish I had seen the rental review and warning here before our ordeal--the owner just cursed and yelled at my husband while returning rented scaffolding. We paid a pretty penny for a worn set of scaffolding that was missing wheels and some butterfly pieces when he first rented it. Upon return, the owner tried to blame him for the missing butterflies and got into a cursing and yelling match with him. Husband asked how much the pieces were and paid the couple of dollars for them even though he was not at fault. This is super unfortunate because we like to support local and go here often for various needs.

The Hispanic guy that works there is always very polite, resourceful, and helpful and we usually had pleasant experiences for the most part (though husband did mention a few times that the old man that owns the place is racist and treated him, a hispanic man, differently than me, a white woman). Well, unfortunately we will just go support Home Depot more now instead of our local...

3 times!! I've been OVERcharged here. As I was leaving, the woman was scribbling down my tag. ?? Strange..as if I'm a criminal lol... I showed her my receipt and the product I had purchased... she said they sell several kinds of aluminum tape. Yet when we walked over to the shelf, there were only 2 kinds. The one i purchased was $14.99 (they rang it up for $18.99). At Wal-Mart, it's only $10. I much rather support small businesses but definitely not one who's scamming customers. If you do shop here, check your receipt before you leave. They know exactly what they are doing and especially like to target women, it appears. Since I have been overcharged and my friend as well who is female. Also, they do NOT return electrical items. Like this plug . Make sure you're buying exactly...

The owner is super rude the only nice person there is the mexican guy, i wont be giving them any business anymore, my sister went to get 2x4x10 and all there boards were warped except one, they were super rude to her when she went and told them, so she tried asking for a discount they didnt want to give her one, when i went to get a refund he didnt want to give one at first, but ended up giving me one but charge a restocking fee for something i didnt even get so i urge ppl not to do business with those people its worth driving 15 minutes to...
