I booked the Cypress Bungalows property through Wine Country Estate Management in Sonoma. The property is stunning and great for a family. Being able to have two separate homes on the property, 2 additional areas for people to stay (Water Tower and Office), the pool, the barn and the gym on one property is a family vacations dream! The property is nicely decorated and perfect for hosting! I worked with Tyler while booking this and he was accommodating and very responsive the entire time. Laurie and Tyler poorly managed our rental. Rodents crawled up into the walls and died. We were asked to let the smell dissipate. The sewer backed up into the shower. The hot water heater and air conditioning died. The fireplace did not work all winter long and when their handyman took the remote to fix it, we were charged $450 for the missing remote.
