PHENOMENAL people with whom to deal. When we were first interested in an outdoor structure, we really weren't sure precisely what we wanted. Thanks to Jared Stump, he showed us a variety of ideas. When my wife and I saw a pavilion, we KNEW that's what we wanted!

Jared had many helpful ideas on pulling it together to customize it to just the way we wanted it! We even got to choose the color of the ceiling of the pavilion. Jared had so many ideas on how and where to situate it and even created an area of rich top soil from where the pavilion stands to create a garden area to the left of the pavilion that my wife turned into a lovely rock garden! He even suggested a graceful curve to the stamped concrete that added a super nice touch as opposed to being merely rectangular!

The guys who came in to build the pavilion were incredible! They were hard-working, industrious and had the entire pavilion installed from scratch in a day and a half! I was there the entire time - there were no shortcuts taken, just quality workmanship all-around! There were no smoke breaks, guys checking their phones or other non-productive time. They were there to work and each one of the workers worked together with the others to get the job done!

Another thing I loved: Fontana handled all of the subcontractors. I didn't have to worry about contacting someone to remove the old deck and pergola, get an excavating crew, a carpentry crew, the concrete guys, the guy hauling away the extra soil, the specialist that came in three times to patiently seal the stamped concrete, the guys who colored the concrete in the mixer truck, even the guys putting in the spouting. All of it was handled by Fontana - that was ONE BIG HEADACHE we did not have!

By the way, if you've never seen how stamped concrete is created, you would love to see it!

The work was first class and done right! They even installed the outside fan I had purchased and a weatherproof switch and receptacle including wiring that is invisible to see! They even removed and put back the siding to our outside house receptacle to make their wiring connection seamless and invisible.

All in all, we could not be more pleased with the quality of work or the pricing which was excellent as well! When they were done, their cleanup was impeccable! You would never know a construction crew had even been there!

We are TOTALLY SATISFIED in every aspect! A GREAT company...

Fontana Outdoors was approached to install a black aluminum fence on a very tight time schedule, a schedule which no other competitive installer could or would even try to meet….several excuses given including some components would not be available in time and that their installation lead time was set. Fontana Outdoors recognized the importance of the prompt installation schedule and Made It Happen. Working with Aaron on the project pricing and scheduling and then working with Dwight and his crew to do the installation (lots of rocks!!) made the complete experience most enjoyable and satisfying. We could not be more pleased with how the project turned out…..meets our requirements, blends nicely with the existing landscaping, and brings a lot of joy to our recently adopted English Setter rescue. We can’t thank Fontana Outdoors enough for a job well done! They will be our first choice for any future outdoor project as well as will be recommended to our family and friends for their projects.

Fontana recently completed a backyard project for us, including a stamped concrete patio and pavilion. From the start, everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive to anything we needed. We dealt mostly with Chris, who was never more than a text, call, or email away. Schedules and costs were communicated clearly, and both crews (concrete and pavilion builders) were on time, efficient, and worked like well-oiled machines. They cleaned up after themselves along the way and were respectful of our property. Fontana also handled any local permitting needs, which in my opinion was worth the additional expense to make sure there were no hiccups.

We could have shopped around for this project, but Fontana is a one-stop shop. It was worth every penny to have them handle everything from beginning to end. We never had to worry about a thing, and to us, that’s worth the cost. We’re thrilled with the final result and look forward to using our new backyard space for many...
