Rustic Meadow Farms — Local services in South Beaver Township

I got married the weekend of 9/24/22 at Rustic Meadow Farms. It was the absolute best weekend of our lives. My husband who is "Mr. Go with the Flow" had his heart set on this venue after the first time we saw it. Both the owner (Debbie) and the event manager (Nicole) were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and so unbelievably kind. The location of the venue is so unique and provides guests with an escape from the outside world while they are there to celebrate you. Not to mention how amazing the foliage is and how beautifully decorated the outside of the venue is for pictures!! By far, one of our favorite things about the venue was that we had access the entire weekend and that the house on the property was ours to stay in (and it’s a beautiful house). June 2025 We recently held our wedding at Rustic Meadow Farms. After 2 years of exploring many venues we decided that rustic meadow farms was the best choice for us. The venue itself is incredibly impressive. Its ability to create a barn/farm feel while also being able to comfortably hold a large amount of people makes it very unique. We continue to receive compliments on the beauty of the venue. The wedding coordinator, Nicole, is incredible. From day 1, she was kind, professional, informative, and well organized. Through the wedding planning process she was always quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns. The day of the wedding, she was well prepared and went above and beyond to make our day perfect and run smoothly. Overall we cannot recommend this venue enough. Rustic Meadow Farms is absolutely the most perfect & beautiful venue for all special occasions. This weekend I was brought on as the outside wedding coordinator for a lovely couple. The venue provides an amazing coordinator Nicole already, who was present throughout the entire day. Nicole was extremely a delight to work with. She is professional, attentive, warm/welcoming, and overall phenomenal as a coordinator. She was a bonus for me as a coordinator, and worked along side me the entire day.
