I ordered for Christmas, gave wrong address was ordering for my Mom, auto fill filled in mine. Also my credit card, instead of hers. Also tried putting in cyber discount an it wouldn't take it. Hit the send button by accident! Juggling to many things. Its life. Was just a mess of mistakes on my end. I started emailing one minute after hitting the send button. Sent about 10 messages an no response . Sent another this morning asking for someone to please get in touch with me. Response came at 3:36 pm. Him telling me they cant cancel or change the address at this time. I sent back that I just want to cancel. He said he cant cancel it because its been shipped. Which I find hard to believe because on my screen it said fulfillment. Have emailed back several times an now nothing .... Have contacted my credit card company. Yes, I take full responsibility for the mess up an have been trying to fix it one minute after I sent it. Serious lack of customer service and caring on that part. Also, no phone number for customer service. Also, asked for someone else to speak to (or email to) an again crickets. Read moreHorrible company I got notification of a shipment which I had canceled about a year prior and again they sates I didn’t I contacted them and stated that was not authorized order and they said that they already sent it and couldn’t cancel it yet they sent it out the next day! After emailing back and forth they adviced me to refuse the package, once I refused the package they then told me they would only refund me 50% bc of shipping which is in the same state and. Only 2 hrs away. Poor professionalism a respectful business would have common courtesy to let their clients know that y from them again or tell others to buy from them.that is there process instead of waiting til they send it back especially knowing the transaction wasn’t approved to begin with.
