Thank you for a wonderful experience, Carolina Pride Pastures! We were able to visit for shearing day to learn how alpacas are safely sheared prior to hot summer days. It is quite an operation and the whole family helps to ensure the animals are safe and as comfortable as possible. It was a privilege to be able to see and learn about the process! We loved meeting the animals, Tina the turkey included. I was able to pick up 100% alpaca yarn from the farm while visiting. I would absolutely recommend a visit!

Fabulous people! Love their animals and it shows in the care they give to them and the time they take to educate visitors on all animal needs and care. Thank you for opening up your farm and your hearts to our communities! Oh, and our llama has been sheared by them for several years now and he is a happy, healthy buddy for having such great folks take care of him.

Super friendly farm! Feeding the alpacas is so fun. You get a large bucket of food & you can feed as many of the alpacas as you’d like. The alpacas are so calm & friendly too. Definitely a fun thing to do no matter your age. They have a cute little gift shop & sell products made from the wool they sheer off the animals. Definitely a must see/do.

Carolina Pride Pastures is such a wonderful place to visit! We take our kids every year. It is especially great to visit at shearing time. It is so interesting to learn how they are sheared safely and what the different bags are used for! The owners are very informative about the process and the animals. The animals are clearly well-cared for and loved. My family loves to visit to feed them/love on them, too! Definitely a...

The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience visiting their llamas and the alpacas. Not only do they provide a service for the county as an educational experience, the entire family is involved (including their hardworking, exceptional children). This is a “must see” farm. My grandson loved it when we went and my granddaughter will be...
