bought a couch and love seat in dec of 2018 by march of 2019 loveseat became uncomfortable to set in , they came and replaced the end that giving us problems and within a week it went right back to the problem from the beginning , they came out the second time and restuffed it ,told her i was not happy with it since we only had it 4 months and really wanted to return it, and she stated that cant happen since we have had it for 4 months and aready having problems with it , i heard her tell the gentlemen in her office this would be the last time they would come out to help us , i feel for what we paid for it , it should be holding up better then 4 months i will not be buying form...

After learning the couch & loveseat I bought did not come with a lifetime warranty ( interesting to note the sales slip had all furniture bundled together so I had no way of knowing it all wasn’t under warranty) the owner offered a credit if I wanted to buy couch & loveseat w/ lifetime warranty & even offered to fix my broken pieces at no charge. Sadly, The owner decided to no longer help me by fixing the broken pieces when I told her I would not spend an additional $2,000. Great place to do business. Nice selection of furniture and as a bonus the owners are patient and helpful when making selections. There is no pressure to buy.
