I had to come to Charleston for a CIS meeting and needed to get Coal a good bath before he went to visit his pal Winnie tomorrow. Our boy #Coalthetherapydog had THE BEST day at Tails of Tuppers Creek, LLC Kennels! He had a full day of doggy daycare with their fantastic staff and then got a good bath and deshed. He is currently snoring 💤 after his full day of fun! His favorite part was playing with the giant tennis ball 🎾 I definitely think baby dog would approve 🐾 ❤️

The staff were all SO welcoming and accommodating I felt completely safe leaving him in their care. Their facilities were clean and well maintained. They ensured each dog had their own space and the other dogs all were clean and well cared for. We will absolutely use them again when we come to Charleston or for our next trip away!...

I’d highly suggest knowing who is grooming your pet”family member” before dropping them off and if you chose to follow through with this place make sure the person comprehends what you want done . The person I had groom my dog today done a poor job had I known she worked at petsmart she’d never touched my puppy to begin with!!! Then the person didn’t have the courtesy to even bring my puppy out to me she had another employee bring my pup to me. I’m very displeased with their service and the fact that the owner would let someone disrespect a client this way . I just hope my pup was taking care of while in there hands. I went to Tails of Tuppers Creek and had my german shepherd puppy Koda groomed. They were the friendliest and most professional company that I have ever dealt with! I can not thank them enough for how amazing they treated Koda but how easy and quick that they were! The prices are also amazing! This was Koda’s first grooming experience and he LOVED them! Travis loved on him and treated him like he was his own. Travis, Carla and Sydney were absolutely amazing! They truly treat your dogs like family and that is something every dog owner enjoys!
