SMOKIN' JOE'S TOBACCO - GILLETT,PA - **FANTASTIC - WOW !" ....and, they did it right !! From a phone call to KEYSTONE TOBACCO (non-tobacco related) to a "hook-up" with THIS Smokin' Joe's AND a lady...a real lady named KELLY: pleasant - helpful - professional - easy to work with - accommodating - patient - etc. etc. and CARING! She directed to me to another (WOW !) tremendous lady named CALISTA, again with all the above listed attributes - PHEMOMINAL ! ! The product I ordered was there and was PROMPTLY brought out by CALISTA who even offered to take it to our car...NO hassles...just done right!!! The store squeaky clean - orderly - plenty of TOBACCO PRODUCTS for "SMOKIN' JOE....AND amazingly neat and clean. But the staff at this place "STOLE THE SHOW"....what a place - IMMACULATE with a very special staff....remember this staff when things get "tough" KELLY / CALISTA stole the "SMOKIN' JOE'S" SHOW Steve - Barbara Benyo -...

The staff was courteous this visit & helped me in a timely manner though they were busy. They carry a varied selection of products. However they did not have the items I was looking for thus only ok versus a higher rating. Overall a convenient store for tobacco products at relatively reasonable prices...

The people here are generally always in a good mood and they take the time to small talk with you. I go there once in a while and they always remember me, which I appreciate. Although I think its more my dog they remember! Good prices and good people. 5 out of 5...
