Valko's AG — Local services in South Fork

First time here and needless to say I am disappointed. As someone who works in the food industry this place really made me upset. I went in to grab some ground beef which I wasn’t even sure if they’d have it. Walked in said hi to the cashier and she didn’t say a word i ignored that because maybe she didn’t hear me. However when looking for ground beef I had no idea where they kept it and I looked in the freezers up front because like I said I’m unfamiliar and had no idea where anything was. Went up to the front counter and the cashier had been on her phone the entire time we were in the store. She was clueless as to what I had in my hand and seemed to have 0 care in the world. She told me to go to the deli where they seemed offended that I brought back someone else’s “order”. Like I said I never have been here and didn’t have any idea where anything was and simply wanted to check it out and see if they had what I needed. The place also seems very under kept. They need a remodel and better cashier if you ask me. I’m sure a health inspector would not deem that place unsanitary. The cashier was a young blonde girl. Also if you don’t want customers to be confused maybe get off the cell phone and make signs so people know where to get the meat. Very...
